Just Call Me...DIAMOND!

I stumbled across a meme that read "A diamond is a chunk of coal that did well under pressure." A chunk of coal, that was formed by dead plant matter. A chunk of coal that was buried deep within the earth. A chunk of coal that was so deep that it had to be mined to the surface to be used as energy. A chunk of coal that is combustible. Black or brown in color, it has the appearance of ordinary rocks. It blends in and does not stand out.

It is with high temperature and high pressure that a diamond is formed. It is with great trials and tribulations that a diamond is created. As the saying goes, "any change, even change for the better is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts." The process is undeniably hard. The time is consuming. The load is heavy. The experience is isolating. But the outcome...it is rewarding. The worth is more valuable. The product is highly desirable. A treat to the eyes. The shine is so bright. And God is pleased with her.
